Capsaicin Sensation

 This naughty love potion will have you doing naughty things. Capsaicin Sensation includes chili peppers which add capsaicin to your drink. The properties of the chili peppers not only stimulate nerve endings, but raise the pulse. In addition, capsaicin releases endorphins, causing a natural high.

Ingredients

1 cucumber slice

1oz mezcal (mezcal resposado)

1 oz cordial ((dimmi Italian cordial)

3/4 lime juice

3/4 chipotle chili agave

2 dashes of orange bitters

Soda water

Grated orange zest

Prep

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake. Muddle the cucumber slice, and double strain with a tea strainer. Pour into a Collins glass, and top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with grated orange zest.
