Chocolate and Honey Martini
The
History Of Chocolate and Honey
Chocolate
is considered the “food of the Gods.”
Chocolate nourishes our neurotransmitters, and contains antioxidants,
which are cancer fighting enzymes that are also found in wine.
Mead is called honey wine, which is an
alcoholic beverage that is produced by fermenting a solution of honey and
water. Mead was very popular in Celtic culture, and was used to enhance
vitality, and fertility. In addition, the term honeymoon is believed to have
taken after the Irish tradition of newlyweds drinking honey wine everyday for a
full moon (a month) after their wedding.
