Cajun Chocolate Cupcakes Chocolate Ganache Frosting
Oh yes!!! Rich chocolate
cupcakes, with a silky smooth ganache frosting with a kick of Cajun spice.
Yummy! Two of the most powerful aphrodisiacs are fused together to ignite fireworks
between you, and your boo. With
these sexy spicy cupcakes, you will have an orgy on your tongue with every
bite.
Ingredients
1 ¼ cup of all purpose flour
¾ cup of cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
Dash of chili pepper
Dash of salt
1 ½ cup sugar
3 tbs butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup low fat milk
Directions
1. In
a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, spices, and
salt. Set aside
2. Beat
together sugar and butter, until light and airy (about 2-3 min)
3. Add
in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla, scrape the sides of the bowl and mix well.
4. Alternate
scoops of the dry mixture with drizzles of milk, running the mixer on low and
scraping the sides as necessary until the batter is smooth.
5. Beat
for additional 1-2 min until light and fluffy.
6. Scoop
¼ cup of batter until each cupcake tin yields 20 cupcakes
7. Bake
at 325 for 12-15 minutes until tooth pick comes clean
8. Allow
cupcakes to cool completely before frosting

Chocolate Ganache Frosting
1. Heat
up 1 cup of chocolate chips, and 2 tbs milk over a double boiler.
2. Whisk
the chocolate until its nice and smooth
3. Transfer
into a pastry bag fitted with a piping tip
4. Allow
ganache to cool in the fridge for 30-40 minutes until firm NOT SOLID
5. Garnish
with a dusting of cayenne pepper
