Black BDSM

Hey people It's the notorious DONITTA  D. bringing you some sexy freaky shit like I always do. Today I am going to be discussing black BDSM or domination/bondage if you will. Now when I found out what BDSM was, I thought this is some freaky white people shit. But low and behold, African Americans are a very large group of participants as well. Now the last thing black folks should want is being chained up and whipped, but different strokes for different folks. I can't knock someone else's sexuality.
For those of you who are not familiar with BDSM here is a short run down. BDSM is a variety of erotic practices involving dominance, and submission. This relationship is similar to slave and master if you will. In addition, role playing, restraint, and sometimes degrading are also involved. BDSM can range from a onetime experience, to an everyday life style.

The History Of Black BDSM

BDSM specially dominance/submission, and traditional power exchange, has played a major role in African history. Our African ancestors have incorporated d/s into a variety of sexual practices, as well as into spiritual and ritualistic practices.

West African Malinke tribe's religious beliefs was to worship the special sprit named Mama Dyumba who protected their village, and kept their women in a state of submission. Whenever women acted disobedient, their husbands would mimic the deity by wearing makeup, mask, and elaborate head pieces, and then drive the women out of their homes for a communal whipping. This ritual is dubbed as mumbo jumbo which means meaningless incantation or ritual.

Female Circumcision (Female Genital Mutilation)

This is another form of BDSM which includes total domination, of women. About 125 million women and girls in Africa and the Middle East have undergone female circumcision which is the mutilation of the female genitalia. This is a procedure where the clitoris, and labia minor are removed and the outer lips are scraped away, and sewn together leaving a small opening. This practice has been used for thousands of years as a way to control female sexuality, and marital chastity.

On a lighter note, BDSM can be very erotic, and a pleasurable experience. Hence, all parties have to be responsible when practicing to avoid unnecessary injury

Black Leather Community

The leather community was created for the gay men and soldiers returning home after WWII. This community was created in secrecy for obvious reasons. Members of the leather groups shared a love for motorcycles, leather, and of course other sexy men. The term "old guard" referred to the first generation of gay leather men who formed these leather communities in the late 1940s and 1950s.

 Collaring Ceremonies

Collaring ceremonies are a private moment between two individuals, or a huge event similar to a wedding ceremony.

Different Ranks of Collars and Their Significance

The BDSM community has an array of collars that have specific meanings, and ranks. The collars are traditionally used to differentiate the stages of a relationship. The highest ranking collar is the collar of ownership AKA the slave collar.

Collar of Consideration: This collar is given at the beginning of a relationship, and worn throughout the courtship period. The sub/slave should not be dealing with any other dom/miss unless directed by their master.
Training Collar: The training collar is to be given after their collar of consideration as a sign that the relationship has progressed to the next level.
Formal Collar: The formal collar is a symbol of ownership, and commitment to a long term relationship.

Collar of Protection: This collar is given to an unattached sub/slave by a protector or mentor. The collar   of protection lets other dominants know that there is somebody looking for the sub.

  1. This text is fiction and highly offensive.
Mutilation of young girls' genitalia has absolutely nothing to do with BDSM.
