Cuckoldry is a fetish that is mostly always male. The term for female cuckold is a cuckquean which is not popular in this culture as the male version.

In the cuckold structure, the female takes on the role of being sexually dominant, while the husband takes on a more submissive role. The female has sex with another man, and usually lets her husband join if she wants to. However, a majority of the time, the husband gains sexual gratification watching his wife having sex with another man.

This fetish can range from loving treatment, to complete humiliation, and debasement.
